Lunch : Korean rolls with noodles
Dinner : Bread and cheese, juice, milk tea.
Day 21
Lunch : Shrimp sandwiches
Dinner : Sea food and rice
After 21 days, I have not lost a kg.
But I will keep this.
Two noticeable result I have achieved by this diet.
First, my bowels move everyday and very refreshing as well
Once I took Aloe vera every morning for 3 weeks. It was quite good and I could go to bathroom almost everyday in the morning. Though it is quite expensive and it contains Natriumbenzoat as preservative, which I do not like. Now I do not take extra vitamin or mineral tablets. I take omega 3 and omega 6 capsules though.
